My Cause
Before I begin, I want you to understand that Unlawful Command Influence (UCI) “the mortal enemy of military Justice” and the Feres Doctrine, a naval blockade deterring the pursuit of justice against the Armed Forces are the most vile complementary partners in crime against service members and veterans individual Constitutional rights; both need to be eradicated. That is the only way fair and impartial justice can prevail, and trust can be restored and maintained in our Armed Forces.
The implications of unlawful command influence (UCI) in the military justice system that is not adequately addressed can be severe. UCI is a form of bias that can negatively impact the outcomes of military justice proceedings. Because commanders are responsible for justice proceedings and also have the power to exercise discretion in matters such as recommending clemency, there is a potential for bias in favor of the military's own interests. This can lead to an unfair and biased results in court-martial cases.
If UCI is not adequately addressed, it can have a long-term negative impact on military justice. Soldiers may begin to doubt the fairness of the justice system or lose faith in their commanders, who could be seen as impartial decision-makers. This could lead to a breakdown of trust and morale, as well as a decrease in the public's confidence in the military's disciplinary system.
Experience and Credentials
First of all, as an intelligence professional I have been through several full scope FBI background investigations for many levels of clearances to hold positions that require the utmost integrity. I won’t get into specifics here but the positions I held were for those held in high regard to the service, mission, and various versions of agency. The point is that the government knows my life story, and I have always known that. When I signed up and raised my hand to swear the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States I meant it. I have nothing to hide, but I have everything to fight for.
Education
During my Navy service I spent my time training with, being trained by, teaching, and supporting some of this nation's finest to wear a military uniform. This includes but is not limited to Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, the special forces of those branches, government officials working for a significant amount of the three agencies out there, and contractors such as the company formerly known as Blackwater.
During my time in the BRIG (Chesty Puller would be proud) I spent my time reading hundreds of books and fighting for the rights of others by becoming what is known as a BRIG lawyer.
Along with all of the military credentials one can attain in a 12 year Intelligence career, I spent my free time in night school earning an Associate Degree in Social Sciences, and Associate Degree is Applied Sciences with a focus on Intelligence Operations Studies, a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Technology Management, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. What the value of this is that I have a very understanding lens of how the world works from a multi-disciplinary perspective and understand the world from a lens that only a small percentage of the nations population understands. Take one specialty for example, marketing which is at its essence is defining all avenues of communication and defining areas and people through segmentation of the world population which is deeply based on human activity and psychology. It is a robust field and takes a lot of time and effort to truly understand, but add that to my other backgrounds and hopefully you can envision an understanding of what the world around looks like through my lenses.
Why This is Important
I am credible. I am educated. I have been highly vetted. I have no reason to mislead for any reason, and I will always tell it like it is. I didn't work this hard and come this far, only to get this far.
I have been here for your support with and without pay, and it will always be that way. Relentless. If not I, than who? I have always been here to serve. Whether it be a single virtuous cause or to serve others collectively. I am always seeking a purpose driven life in hopes of using this short stay on this earth to leave it better than it was when I arrived.

This is me, these are my causes, and these are the findings that I have found to be true through my own experience. It is my sincerest wish that you will find value in the cause for Unlawful Command Influence and the Feres Doctrine changes that I am advocating for in the military justice system.
