Lady justice wears a blindfold to represent the idea that justice is "blind" meaning fair, impartial and not subject to outside influences. For those not familiar with the legal system nor involved in the military justice, we would learn this past decade that military justice has been far from subject to outside influences. In an agenda timeline ranging from 2010, peaking between 2014 and 2016, and slowly returning toward reason recently; the largest injustice in military history.
